There is now a new Head Start facility serving migrant children and their families in Sleepy Eye, MN!

Tri-Valley MHS has been operating out of the Sleepy Eye Public School district building since 2001. At that time, the program was only able to be in operation for approximately eight weeks due to space limitations. Now, the new modular facility will allow the program to provide services from May through November. There are eight classrooms to accommodate approximately 94 children ranging from 6 weeks to the year before kindergarten. The children who will turn age eligible for kindergarten will be able to walk out the front door and go a few steps to their kindergarten classroom! The facility was opened in July and the classrooms were quickly filled with children! Our new home was showcased on October 10, 2011 with an Open House for families and community members. Tri-Valley is grateful to the Sleepy Eye community, school district, city officials and numerous other partners who assisted in making this project a reality.
