Migrant Child Care

Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc. receives Minnesota Migrant Child Care funds from the state.  These funds are used to enhance the services provided at our Migrant Head Start centers and provide direct services to children who need services longer than the centers offer.  We contract with various child care centers and family child care homes throughout the state of Minnesota.

Major funding within the Tri-Valley Opportunity Council’s Head Start programs includes: Federal Migrant Head Start, State Migrant Head Start, State Migrant Child care, MN Title 1, ND Title 1, Federal Region V Head Start, State Head Start, Federal COLA/QI, CTC, USDA, Special Education, and School District Funding.
