Are you with a state outside of Minnesota looking for a way to further support students eligible for Title I, Part C? The Midwest Migrant Educational Resource Center (MMERC), operated by Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc., is a lending library established in 1983 and revived in 2023. It’s mission is to offer supplemental instructional resources to support educators in meeting the needs of student eligible for Title I, Part C. 

Our lending library encompasses an extensive collection of resources to support early childhood through 12th grade students and Out-of-School Youth. MMERC is dedicated to support educators and students eligible for Title I, Part C. For more information on MMERC Membership, please click here!
