Minnesota Community Action Partnership, which serves as the Community Action state association, is seeking speakers and presenters for the Community Action Annual Training Conference, Our Legacy, Our Future: 60 Years of Community Action, July 30-August 1, 2024 in Duluth.
Session proposals are due by April 5, 2024. Feel free to submit multiple session proposals. Submit proposals at minncap.org. The Annual Training Conference brings together nearly 500 Community Action and Tribal staff from all over the state.
We are looking for all types of session proposals but would like to see those that can pertain to anyone in a Community Action agency – self-care, customer service, de-escalation, addressing burnout, advocacy, etc. All proposals we receive will be considered and the planning committee will notify potential speakers by the first week in May.
