 - Categorical Free Eligibility for Migrant Children: Students certified as migrant children under the Migrant Education Program (MEP) of Title I, Part C of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), are categorically eligible for free meal benefits through the School Nutrition Program.
