Held at The Park Event Center in Waite Park, the event brought together professionals from across the state to explore innovative strategies for community service, leadership, and advocacy.

The conference theme—“Hope in Action”—was brought to life through a full day of keynote addresses, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities. Attendees were inspired by keynote speakers Nancy Lyons, a tech entrepreneur and workplace culture advocate, and Joe Schmit, a renowned broadcaster and leadership speaker. Their messages emphasized resilience, purpose-driven leadership, and the power of storytelling to drive change

Tri-Valley Staff appreciated the opportunity to Connect with peers from other agencies, Gain practical tools to bring back to their teams, and Reflect on their mission and renew their commitment to community impact.  The event was not only educational but also energizing, reinforcing the importance of collaboration, innovation, and hope in the work of community action. With a renewed sense of purpose, staff left the conference ready to implement new ideas and continue driving positive change in the communities we serve.
