Summer Migrant Education
WELCOME
TO SUMMER MIGRANT EDUCATION!
Tri-Valley Opportunity Council identifies and recruits children 0-21 who have not received a high school diploma or equivalent. Some school districts in the states of MN and ND have Summer Migrant Education programs. Summer Migrant programs are funded through the state of MN or ND.
Major funding within the program includes: MN Title 1, ND Title 1, CTC, USDA, Special Education, and School District Funding.

MMERC's (Midwest Migrant Education Resource Center) mission is to assist upper Midwest partner states in meeting the needs of migrant children. MMERC provides a variety of services and resources to school districts and Summer Migrant Education Programs.
