Home Buyer Workshops and Counseling prepare potential first time home buyers through the entire process of buying a home and become successful homeowners.

The purpose of the training is to provide information on:

• how much of a home they can afford

• shopping and qualifying for a mortgage loan

• finding the right home

• the real estate transaction

• responsibilities of home ownership

These services have no income guidelines.
