FAMILY GOAL SETTING

Family Service Workers meet with families shortly after their child(ren) are enrolled.  The Family Service Worker set goals with the families and the Family Service Worker and parents work together to list the steps needed to accomplish these goals.  The Family Service Worker checks back throughout the year to see where the family is at in accomplishing their goals and gives them resources to help them achieve their goals.
