The 2011 Migrant Head Start program, serving infant, toddler and preschool children and their families, is now accepting applications for numerous seasonal positions. These rewarding positions vary from entry level requiring no previous experience to others requiring a degree, certificate or license. Positions generally start in May/June and work from 8 weeks to 7 months, depending on the position and center location.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required for most positions. Individuals with knowledge of, experience with, or personally a part of the migrant population and culture are strongly encouraged to apply. EOE/M/F/H/V |

A message from Robyn Klemm, Rochester Center Manager: We are starting our 13th season with a bang, by having a festive registration. Rochester will be expanding to another location this year as we move our preschoolers to Emmanuel Baptist Church, right across from our present location. We will have 2 preschool rooms, 2 toddler rooms and 1 infant room. Rochester has many fun and exciting adventures this year and would love to have you on board. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30. We offer a comprehensive program including creative curriculum, child outcomes, family goal setting, developmental and health screenings, 75% of daily nutrition and we serve children with disabilities.
