The Family Partner Program was initiated under the Our Children Succeed Initiative - a 6 year collaborative project working on building a comprehensive and effective system of care for children with social, emotional and behavioral concerns and their families. 

The Family Partner Program provides a Family Partner (Mentor) to parents and caregivers of children, ages 0-21 in Kittson, Mahnomen, Marshall, Norman, Polk and Red Lake counties. Family Partners listen and engage the family, provide encouragement, model skills, and assist the family in making sure their voice is heard as services are planned for their child. 

Soon to come…The program is currently seeking community volunteers to be Youth Mentors for the same service area. This will surely be a valuable experience for both the volunteer and the youth person assigned!
