2-1-1 Minnesota is a statewide information and
referral system that makes free and confidential referrals for all
citizens while maintaining an exhaustive database of health and human
services. 2-1-1 Northwest is a regional operational hub of the 2-1-1
Minnesota network. The counties served are Kittson, Mahnomen, Marshall,
Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, Roseau, Becker, Otter Tail, Wadena,
Stevens, Traverse, Clay, Hubbard, Douglas, Pope, Grant and Wilkin
Counties. The purpose of this system is to provide information about
community services, link people with programs and agencies, assist
communities in identifying unmet needs and offering a caring and
effective referral. The 2-1-1 Northwest Program may be accessed by
